Shipping Policy

"The Company" means Bavarian Motor Workshop,
"The customer" means the person, firm or company specified as such,
Headings are for purposes of identification only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the meaning of the conditions to which they relate.

Handling Products

Merchandise that is in stock usually ships within 24-48 hours. Shipping time varies on items that are custom or made to order as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled.

Each and every product that is being offered by the Company is tested by one of our representatives before sending to customer. However if there are any warranty claims please refer to separate document detailing that matter. 


Shipping Cost

In the store for orders over €100 we pay for the shipping costs in the Netherlands. (Standard shipping post company PostNL)

In the case of orders of less than 100 the customer pays all shipping costs, in accordance with the applicable price list by PostNL.

All orders with a value of more than 3000 in the Netherlands are delivered personally by our specialist who is ready to answer your questions about technical details and assembly.

If a customer requests different transport, the contract is carried out by another shipping company or courier, the customer pays all costs of transport and packaging when the form of transport requires special packaging and / or protection of the product.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that some products are delivered directly from external suppliers which might take longer than usual.

Information about additional costs in connection with the delivery will always be included in the Quotation.

Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, after receiving the money in our account. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping time varies on items that are custom or made to order as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled. In this case we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Address

The items that you have ordered will be delivered with PostNL parcel service to the delivery address you specified. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will offer the package to the neighbors and inform you of this via a ticket with the delivery details.

Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bavarian Motor Workshop is not responsible for any customs, licences and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Bavarian Motor Workshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
